Perform these steps before you disassemble the dispenser:

1.Complete the shut down procedure as described in the

Operation

section.

2.Shut down the entire system before removing the dispenser from the

robot. Refer to the appropriate system manual for procedures.

WARNING: System or material pressurized. Relieve pressure.

Failure to observe this warning may result in serious injury.

3.See Figure 2. Disconnect the fluid line (6) from the dispenser (5).

Drain the remaining fluid from the line into a small waste container.

4.Disconnect the air line (8) from the dispenser (5).

5.Disconnect these connectors from the dispenser (5):

Ssolenoid valve connector (1)

Sheater connector (7)

6.If the micro-adjustment assembly (3) is adjusted to the correct setting,

note the setting for future reference.

7.Remove the socket head screws (4) securing the dispenser (5) to the

robot mounting plate (2).
