CAUTION: Do not use a U-cup seal once it has been removed
from the dispenser. Removing a U-cup seal may damage it,
and cause fluid to leak from the dispenser.
5. Remove the U-cup seal (8) from the upper body (11):
a. Insert the tapered end of the needle (5) into the lower body side of
the upper body.
b. Use the needle to push the U-cup seal (8) out of the upper
body (11).
6. Remove the U-cup seal (8) from the lower body (10):
a. Insert the tapered end of the needle (5) into the piston side of the
lower body (10).
b. Use the needle (5) to push the U-cup seal (8) out of the lower
body (10).
7. Remove the fillister screws (6) securing the lower body (10) to the
upper body (11).
8. Clean the parts in a compatible solvent.
9. Inspect the fitting (12) and replace, if necessary.
10. Inspect the plug (13) and replace, if necessary.
