6 Installation
To install the DispenseJet:
1. Install the appropriate Z-head mounting plate (valve bracket) and bracket mount for the
dispensing system. Refer to “Ordering Parts” in the Additional Information section for part
numbers.
NOTE These instructions assume that the co-axial air solenoid valve has not been installed
to the DispenseJet.
2. Mount the jet to the Z-head mounting plate and tighten with a 3-mm hex wrench.
3. Make the electrical connections according to the machine configuration shown in Figure 3-1 and
Figure 3-2.
4. Connect the pneumatic air lines as shown in Figure 3-1 and Figure 3-2. You should hear a click
when the hose is inserted properly.
5. For syringe installation and replacement, see “Changing the Syringe” in the Operation section.
