Setup Scripts Options
Initial Setup should be performed upon initialization of the system and after major hardware (valve,
height sensor, needle sensor, etc.) or software changes. There are several initial setup procedures from
which you can choose. These include:
Valve Offsets Camera-Assisted Scripted Valve Offsets
Scripted Valve Offsets Calculate Master Offsets
Setup Scripts Options allows you to set a default setup procedure. This option also allows you to select or
change the script file(s) FmNT will execute when conducting scripted machine setup procedures. For
detailed information, see “Initial Setup” later in this section.
" NOTE One or more of these procedures may or may not be available on your particular
dispensing system.
Runtime Preferences
Runtime Preferences allows you to establish various preferences for major system components before,
during, and after a production run. It also lets you establish Local Machine Offsets, which compensates
for differences between machines, so that the same program to be run on multiple machines. In addition,
it provides the ability to view, change, and record E10 Equipment States.
To access Runtime Preferences:
1. Select
Configuration from the Main Menu.
2. Choose
Setup Runtime Preferences.

Runtime Preferences
This feature allows you to establish various preferences for the start of a production run, between each
board during a production run, and to enable runtime setup options. When you choose this option, the
Runtime Preferences dialog box, shown in Figure 4-9 opens.
