1.5.2.3 Pusher

1 Pusher
The Pusher removes one carrier at a time from the conveyor by
pushing it into an empty magazine slot. There are two (2) pneumatic
actuators that control the Pusher: Pusher Extend/Retract and Pusher
Up/Down.

Magazine
Platform(s)
The MH-900 is configured with a single magazine platform that can
hold a maximum of 12 magazines. The system may also be configured
with an optional second platform.
3 Magazine Guides
Each magazine platform has guides to help position the magazine for
the shuttle to unload carriers/frames. These guides are manually
adjusted for different widths of magazines.
4 Magazine Clamp
Magazine Clamps are spring clamps that ensure the magazines are
always aligned to the reference edge.

Elevator Homing
Sensor
The Elevator Homing Sensor is located in the loading area,
underneath the lower platform.
6 Carrier Out Sensors The Carrier Out Sensors detect the carrier approaching the magazine.

Pinch Roller
The Pinch Roller activates down to help the conveyor move the
carriers.

Magazine/Carrier
Sensor
The Magazine/Carrier Sensor performs dual tasks: it detects if a
magazine is present and if a carrier is present on the conveyor.
