Parts Per Magazine

1. Enter the total number of parts per magazine.

 NOTE Aligning the bottom part to the conveyor is typically an iterative process. The steps below
should be repeated as needed to achieve proper alignment.
1. Jog the elevator and shuttle to the bottom part.
 Start with magazine Slot 1. The magazine slot number is indicated on the screen and
can be changed using the Mag Up
and Mag Down buttons.
 Jogging the elevator adjusts the magazine height. Jogging the shuttle adjusts the
conveyor position.
