2. Slide the part between the magazine and shuttle.
 The part should slide smoothly by hand between the magazine and shuttle before
continuing to the next step.
3. Verify by clicking
to open the Jog Screen (Figure 3-21) and then click on Test
Gripper/Pusher.
 The Test Gripper/Pusher window opens (Figure 4-11).
 To pull a part from the magazine to the conveyor, select Activate Gripper Sequence
Out (not available on unloader).
 To return a part from the conveyor to the magazine, select Activate Gripper/Pusher
Sequence In (not available on loader).

 When finished, select
to return to Jog Screen and to return to the Teach
Window.
4. Press Teach.
 Current elevator and shuttle position will be captured as the bottom part position for the
selected magazine.
5. Repeat for all bottom magazines.
 Use the Mag Up
or Mag down button to select next magazine.
 The GO button can be used to move the shuttle and elevator to the current taught
position.
