Name Description
Allows the user to scroll through magazine numbers.
Mag [1-12] Lets you select a magazine number.
Bottom Part
Shuttle and elevator coordinates for the pick position of bottom part of selected
magazine. See Figure 4-20.
Lane 2 Coordinate of the shuttle when aligned with Lane 2 of the adjacent machine (mm).
Lane 1 Coordinate of the shuttle when aligned with Lane 1 of the adjacent machine (mm).
Mag Sen
The magazine sensor position is defined by elevator and shuttle offsets relative to
the pick position of the bottom part of Magazine 1. The sensor is typically aligned
with the rear edge of Magazine 1 adjacent to the bottom part.
Part Sen
The part sensor position is defined by elevator and shuttle offsets relative to the
pick position of the bottom part of Magazine 1. The sensor is typically aligned with
the rear edge of Magazine 1 adjacent to the bottom part.
Pitch
Distance between 2 adjacent carriers within a magazine. Note that the same pitch
is used for all magazines in the selected recipe. Pitch value can be edited by either
directly entering value into the cell or teaching a new top position for Magazine 1.
Unload Offset
(same-side and
unloader only)
Elevator offset used when unloading carriers. This may be useful in same-side
loaders; sometimes it is preferable to have the unload position be slightly lower
than the load position.
