Maintenance and Service 5-5
To replace the panels:
1. Place the front panel onto the MH-900 frame structure and align the attachment holes.
Attach the two (2) screws to the bottom of the panel.
2. Place the lower left panel onto the MH-900 frame structure and align the attachment holes.
Attach the two (2) screws through the panel.
3. Place the lower rear panel onto the MH-900 frame structure and align the attachment holes.
Attach the two (2) screws to the top of the panel.
4. Place the upper rear panel onto the MH-900 frame structure and align the attachment
holes. Attach the two (2) screws through the panel.
5. Place the lower right panel onto the MH-900 frame structure and align the attachment
holes. Attach the four (4) screws to the top of the panel.
5.9 Lubrication Requirements
Lubrication should be performed after cleaning and inspecting moving mechanisms. The MH-900
components requiring lubrication and the procedures to perform the lubrication are included below.
NOTE Electrical motors and moving mechanical components and parts not listed below do not
require lubrication.
Tools and Materials Needed:
• Lithium soap base grease
• Isopropyl alcohol (IPA)
• Soft, lint-free shop rag
• Personal Protective Equipment as applicable
To lubricate the elevator Drive Ball Screw:
1. Using isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth, clean and wipe the vertical drive ball screw.
2. Place grease on the vertical drive ball screw.
3. Wipe off excess grease and spills, if any.
To lubricate the elevator Vertical Linear Bushing:
1. Using isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth, clean and wipe the vertical elevator support rods.
2. Place grease on/in the four (4) linear bushings.
3. Wipe off excess grease and spills, if any.
To lubricate the Gripper/Pusher Linear Guide:
1. Using isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth, clean and wipe the linear guide rail.
2. Place grease on the guide rail and actuate the gripper/pusher.
3. Wipe off excess grease and spills, if any.
