There is a part on the conveyor. Remove part from conveyor.
The part was mispicked. Push part back into magazine or remove part from system.
A timeout has occurred.
Refer to details of error message for description of what machine
is waiting for. If timeout value is too small, increase ‘Watchdog

timeout (conveyor setup) or motion timeout (conveyor setup).

opening doors when it wasn’t safe.
Close doors.
The shuttle has tripped the forward limit switch. Edit your ‘forward limit’ parameter to a position behind the switch.

.
The machine has detected either: 1) a part
extending from one end of the conveyor or 2)
the gripper is extended into the magazine area.
Remove part from conveyor and verify position of gripper. Lookup
sensor and/or gripper position if may need to be adjusted if lookup
sensor detects gripper. If error persists, check state of lookup
sensors. They should OFF when no carrier is present.
The machine has detected low air pressure.
Verify facilities air is plugged in and that minimum facilities air
pressure requirement (see Section 8 - Specifications) has been
met. If error persists, check the Air Pressure Switch.
The shuttle has tripped the rear limit (home)
switch.
Jog shuttle forward. Re-home shuttle or restart machine. If error
persists, check shuttle home sensor.
