Equipment constant “Wbits6” controls whether the Equipment sends S6F3 with W-Bit “1” (Reply

Expected) or “0” (No Reply Expected).

DATALENGTH value is the total number of text bytes (excluding SECS block headers) in the following

S6F3, S6F9, S6F11, or S6F13 message.
