This2GIGTechnologiesproductiswarrantedagains tdefectsinmaterial
andworkmanshipfor1year.Thiswarrantyextendsonlytowholesale
customerswhobuydirectfrom2GIGTechnologiesorthrough2GIG
Technologies’normaldistributionchannels.2GIGTechnologiesdoesnot
warrantthisproducttoconsumers.Consumersshouldinquirefromtheir
sellingdealerastothena
tureofthedealer
’swarranty ,ifany.
Therearenoobligationsorliabilitiesonthepartof2GIGTechnologiesfor
consequentialdamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwithuseor
performanceofthisproductorotherindirectdamageswithrespectto
lossofproperty,revenue,orprofit,orcos
