Networking requirements
As shown in Figure 8-9, configure the tunnel interface by the ethernet interfaces of Router B
and Router C that back up the FR over IP FR link.

Configuration roadmap
The configuration roadmap is as follows:
1. Configure the link protocol to FR.
2. Configure the working mode of each interface.
3. Configure the FR backup of Router B and Router C.
