4.5 Configuring synchronous serial interfaces
4.5.1 Establishing the configuration task
Applicable environment
The synchronous serial interfaces formed by CPOS interface index through the slot/card/
interface/ channel number: channel-set. You can configure the following basic parameters for
the serial interfaces:
CRC check bits
MTU
Link protocol
Hold-interval of the link layer protocol
Pre-configuration tasks
Before configuring the synchronous interface, connect and configure the CPOS interface
properly.
Data preparation
To configure the serial interface, you need the following data.
