Database backup and restore
Nortel recommends that you save a copy of the MCC 3100 for BlackBerry
database to a safe location. You will need a backup if the original
database is deleted or for one of the following reasons:
• Your BlackBerry configuration revert to the factory defaults.
• You uninstall the MCC 3100 for BlackBerry software (except when
using RIM Operating System 4.0).
• You selected the Clear Database command from the MCC 3100 for
BlackBerry System Settings menu.
