Call modes
Two call modes are available:
• Direct Outbound
• Call-me-First
Direct Outbound mode
In Direct Outbound mode, you can initiate calls directly from your
BlackBerry to other parties through the enterprise telephony system. For
more information, see Figure 6 "Direct outbound mode." on page 60.

Call-me-First mode
In Call-me-First mode, your calls are completed in two steps. First the
enterprise telephony system calls you. After you answer, the system calls
the other party. For more information, see Figure 7 "Call-me-First
mode" on page 61.
