RIPv2 configuration example
Use the following procedure to configure ERS2 to add RIP version 2 to
VLAN 2, VLAN 3, and the brouter port:

Configure RIP version 2 on VLAN 2. Enable RIP version 2 mode on
the IP address used for VLAN 2.

5530-24TFD# config terminal
5530-24TFD(config)# router rip enable
5530-24TFD(config)# interface vlan 2
5530-24TFD(config-if)# ip rip send version rip2
5530-24TFD(config-if)# ip rip receive version rip2

Configure RIP version 2 on VLAN 3. Enable RIP version 2 mode on
the IP address used for VLAN 3.
5530-24TFD# enable
