IP routing configuration using the CLI 61
ip route parameters
Parameter Description
<A.B.C.D> Enter IP address of the destination point of the route
being added.
<W.X.Y.Z> Enter subnet mask address of the destination node
for the route being added.
<O.P.Q.R> Enter the IP address of the next hop of the route
being added.
<1 - 65535>
Enter the weight, or cost, of the route being added.
The ip route command is executed in the Global Configuration command
mode.
no ip route command
The no ip route command removes a static route.
The syntax for the no ip route command is:
no ip route <A.B.C.D> <W.X.Y.Z> <O.P.Q.R>
