1- Let's assume you need to drive the ON_OFF*/WAKE* pad with a totem pole output of
a +3/5 V microcontroller (uP_OUT1):
2- Let's assume you need to drive the ON_OFF*/WAKE* pad directly with an ON/OFF
button:
Warning
: It is recommended to set the ON_OFF*/WAKE* line LOW to
power on the module only after VBATT is higher than 3.20V.If this
condition is not satisfied, it is possible to use the HW_SHUTDOWN*
line to recover it and then restart the power on activity using the
ON_OFF*/WAKE* line.
An example of this is described in the
following diagram.
After HW_SHUTDOWN* has been released, you can use again the ON_OFF*/WAKE* line
to power on the module.
