Assembly
1. Preparatory safety
Preparatory safety steps:
• ALWAYS use eye protection
• NEVER smoke or work near sparks or other sources of ignition.
• NEVER touch both battery terminals at the same time or with any non-
insulated tools.
• If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, flush immediately with water and
neutralize with baking soda.
2. Install handle
Install Handle Assembly to Sprayer
base using (2) Carriage bolts 5/16-18
X 2” and (2) T-Knobs which are
supplied in the manual bag.
The wrench and spare nozzle
supplied in the manual bag can be
installed into the grommets on
the handle.
3. Install bypass hose
Connect hose to tube on the top of the tank and
secure with (1) hose clamp (777119) which is
supplied in the manual bag.
4. Install inlet hose
Connect hose from the pump inlet
by threading swivel nut onto the
bottom of the tank.
