C. Ensure correct spray pattern
Rotate the broadcast nozzle, if needed, so that the spray pattern is pointed
down and evenly distributed. The screw on the front of the nozzle should be
at the 12 o'clock position.
D. Begin to spray
Turn the power ON, turn broadcast lance valve to the on position.
E. Adjust pressure regulator
Turn pressure regulator knob to adjust outlet pressure
1. Turn knob clockwise to increase pressure.
2. Turn knob counter-clockwise to decrease pressure
Note: If the pressure regulator knob is completely tightened, the
pressure setting will be higher than the pressure switch on the pump.
This allows the pump to operate as a demand pump and turn on only
when spraying.
On position
Note: It is not unusual for the
operator to be exposed to chemical
drips while adjusting the broadcast
nozzle. Wear chemical resistant
gloves.
Screw should be
at 12 o'clock position.
