474 Ergo Mat™
Anti-Fatigue/Anti-Slip Matting
Ergo Mat™ has a corrugated ribbed top surface of
resilient SBR rubber that provides directional traction
to reduce slips, and offers superior anti-fatigue support
for applications where workers are required to stand
for long periods of time. The top surface is combined
with a dense closed cell foam base utilizing NoTrax®
exclusive UniFusion™ technology virtually eliminating
the possibility of de-lamination.

Test Test Description
*Results
Compression Deflection
A neolite heel assembly with a predetermined load is pulled horizontally
with a dynamometer to measure the force required to cause the
assembly to slip.
.183” (40 lbs/sq. inch)
Coefficient of Friction
ASTM C1028-96
Test specimen is subjected to varying compression load levels and the
resulting deflection was measured. The greater the deflection, the better
the anti-fatigue properties. (Inches)
.75
Abrasion Resistance
ASTM D3884-01
Test specimen is subjected to the rubbing action of two abrading
wheels under controlled conditions.
Results measured in Weight loss (Grams)
6.05 Grams
Elongation
A
STM D412
Test specimen is stretched at a specified rate until breaking point. The
results are measured in weight needed to break, and % of size increase
at breaking point.
(data currently unavailable)
Tear Strength
A
STM D1004
This test is designed to measure the force required to initiate tearing.
The maximum str
ess, usual
ly found near the outset of tearing, is record-
ed as the tear resistance in pounds (force)
(data currently unavailable)
Hardness
A
STM D2240
The hardness of a test sample is measured by means of a type A Shore
Dur
ometer
. The Durometer measures the penetration of its specified
indentor forced into the test material under specified conditions
(data currently unavailable)
Critical Radiant Flux
ASTM E648-94A
The test result is an average critical radiant flux (watts/square cm) which
indicates the lev
el of radiant heat energy required to sustain flame pro-
pogation in the flooring system.

ently unavailable)
