SAFETY INFORMATION Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully read the supplied instructions.
• Children shall not carry out cleaning and user maintenance of the appliance without supervision. General Safety • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Only a qualified person must install this appliance and replace the cable. This appliance must be connected to the mains with a H05VV-F type cable to withstand the temperature of the rear panel. This appliance is intended for use up to an altitude of 2000 m above sea level. This appliance is not intended to be used on ships, boats or vessels.
• • • • • • • • • • If the glass ceramic surface / glass surface is cracked, switch off the appliance and unplug it from the mains. In case the appliance is connected to the mains directly using junction box, remove the fuse to disconnect the appliance from power supply. In either case contact the Authorised Service Centre. WARNING: The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. Care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements.
• Always take care when moving the appliance as it is heavy. Always use safety gloves and enclosed footwear. • Do not pull the appliance by the handle. • The kitchen cabinet and the recess must have suitable dimensions. • Keep the minimum distance from other appliances and units. • Install the appliance in a safe and suitable place that meets installation requirements. • Parts of the appliance carry current. Close the appliance with furniture to prevent touching the dangerous parts.

Used oil, that can contain food remnants, can cause fire at a lower temperature than oil used for the first time. Service • To repair the appliance contact an Authorised Service Centre. • Use original spare parts only. Disposal • Disconnect the appliance from the mains supply. • Cut off the mains electrical cable close to the appliance and dispose of it. • Remove the door catch to prevent children or pets from becoming trapped in the appliance. You must install the anti-tilt protection. If you do not install it, the appliance can tilt. Your appliance has the symbol shown on the picture (if applicable) to remind you about the installation of the anti-tilt protection. 80-85 mm 317-322 mm 2. You can find the hole on the left side at the back of the appliance. Lift the front of the appliance and put it in the middle of the space between the cupboards.
WARNING! Before you connect the mains cable to the terminal, measure the voltage between phases in the house network. Then, refer to the connection label at the back of the appliance to use the correct electrical installation. Preheating Preheat the empty oven before first use. 1. Set the function .Set the maximum temperature. 2. Let the oven operate for 1 hour. 3. Set the function . Set the maximum temperature. The maximum temperature for this function is 210 °C. 4. Let the oven operate for 15 minutes. 5. Turn off the oven and let it cool down. Accessories can become hotter than usual. The oven can emit an odour and smoke. Make sure that the airflow in the room is sufficient.

• Remove shiny metallic discoloration: use a solution of water with vinegar and clean the glass surface with a cloth. OVEN - DAILY USE WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Safety thermostat Setting a heating function 1. Turn the knob for the heating functions to select a heating function. 2. Turn the control knob to select the temperature. The lamp turns on when the oven operates. 3. To turn off the oven, turn the knob for the heating functions to the off position.
Sym‐ bol Oven function Application Moist Baking This function is designed to save energy during cook‐ ing. For the cooking instructions refer to "Hints and tips" chapter, Moist Baking. The oven door should be closed during cooking so that the function is not inter‐ rupted and to ensure that the oven operates with the highest energy efficiency possible. When you use this function, the temperature in the cavity may differ from the set temperature. The heating power may be re‐ duced.
Clock function dur + End Application TIME DELAY To combine DURATION and END func‐ tion. MINUTE MINDER To set countdown time (1 min - 23 h 59 min). This function has no effect on the operation of the appliance. Setting the DURATION 1. Set an oven function and temperature. 2. Press again and again until dur starts to flash. 3. Press or to set the DURATION time. The display shows dur and symbol A. 4. When the time ends, dur flashes and an acoustic signal sounds for 7 minutes.
The last tone you set is the new acoustic signal. 4. Wait 5 seconds for the setting to be confirmed automatically. When the appliance is disconnected from the mains or after a power cut, the signal tone is set back to the default one. OVEN - USING THE ACCESSORIES WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters. Inserting the accessories Wire shelf: Put the shelf between the guide bars of the shelf support. Tray: Do not push the baking tray all the way to the back wall of the cavity.
The temperature and baking times in the tables are guidelines only. They depend on the recipes and the quality and quantity of the ingredients used. General information • The appliance has four shelf positions. Count the shelf positions from the bottom of the appliance floor. • The appliance has a special system which circulates the air and constantly recycles the steam. With this system you can cook in a steamy environment and keep the food soft inside and crusty outside.

If you have nonstick accessories, do not clean them using aggressive agents, sharp-edged objects or a dishwasher. It can cause damage to the nonstick coating. Install the removed accessories in the opposite sequence. Clean the moisture from the cavity after each use. You can remove the internal glass panels to clean it. The number of glass panels is different for different models.
WARNING! When you take out the glass panels the oven door tries to close. 4. Hold the top edge of the door glass panels and pull them up one by one. 5. Clean the glass panel with water and soap. Dry the glass panel carefully. When the cleaning is complete, install the glass panels and the oven door. Do the above steps in the opposite sequence. Install the smaller panel first, then the larger. CAUTION! Make sure that you install the internal glass panel in the appropriate seats.
What to do if... Problem Possible cause Remedy You cannot activate the ap‐ pliance. The appliance is not con‐ nected to an electrical sup‐ ply or it is connected incor‐ rectly. Check if the appliance is correctly connected to the electrical supply. The fuse is blown. Make sure that the fuse is the cause of the malfunc‐ tion. If the fuse is blown again and again, contact a qualified electrician. You cannot activate or oper‐ ate the hob. The fuse is blown.
