These settings affect the connection to the mobile network.

Cellular Data: You can use this setting when necessary to turn off cellular data and prevent
access to the mobile network. This prevents connected devices from connecting to the
Internet and using your mobile data plan. For normal operation, this setting must be left on.
Roaming: You can enable this setting as necessary to access roaming networks. Additional
data usage charges may apply while roaming.
