9.13.4 Selecting the Scale
Scale select lets you choose from 16 different scales. Press a pad to select a scale. The selected scale
will be lit bright white, while unselected scales will be lit dim blue. The selected Scale will persist
throughout Note, Chord and Sequencer Mode.
The available scales are:
Natural Minor
Natural Major
Dorian
Phrygian
Mixolydian
Melodic Minor
Harmonic Minor
Bebop Dorian
Blues
Minor Pentatonic
Hungarian Minor
Ukrainian Dorian
Marva
Todi
Whole Tone
Hirajoshi
9.13.5 Setting MIDI Channel
The MIDI channel that each Track transmits on may be selected between 1 and 16. This is useful when
you want to send notes to multiple instruments in Ableton Live, or when you want to control different
pieces of hardware.
