Novao products have been made under the highest standards of crasmanship and quality. Due to the natural
character of our handcraed stone products, variaons in dimensions, color, surface, hammering, hue, uniformity and
nishes are expected and not considered defects. Novao oers no warranty with respect to the nishes on the stone
products. Novao’s stone sinks oer a warranty for defects in workmanship and/or materials for all of our collecons
when the product was purchased through an authorized Novao dealer.

Under no circumstance will Novao Inc. be held
responsible for any damage as a result during or aer
product installaon. We will not be responsible for
any labor or installaon charges, or any other expenses
associated with a defecve product. Novao Inc’s only
responsibility is the replacement, exchange, or repair of a
defecve product.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact
Novao, either through your local Dealer, Plumbing
Contractor, Home Center, or by wring: Novao Inc,

informaon regarding your claim, including a complete
descripon of the problem, the product, model number,
color, nish, the date the product was purchased and
from whom the product was purchased. Also include your
