Novao products have been made under the highest standards of crasmanship and quality. Due to the natural
character of our handcraed stone products, variaons in dimensions, color, surface, hammering, hue, uniformity and
nishes are expected and not considered defects. Novao oers no warranty with respect to the nishes on the stone
products. Novao’s stone sinks oer a warranty for defects in workmanship and/or materials for all of our collecons
when the product was purchased through an authorized Novao dealer.

Under no circumstance will Novao Inc. be held
responsible for any damage as a result during or aer
product installaon. We will not be responsible for
any labor or installaon charges, or any other expenses
associated with a defecve product. Novao Inc’s only
responsibility is the replacement, exchange, or repair of a
defecve product.
If you believe you have a warranty claim, contact
Novao, either through your local Dealer, Plumbing
Contractor, Home Center, or by wring: Novao Inc,

AZ, 85040, USA. Please be sure to provide all pernent
informaon regarding your claim, including a complete
descripon of the problem, the product, model number,
color, nish, the date the product was purchased and
from whom the product was purchased. Also include your
