Managing User Accounts

A user account is a User object in the Novell

eDirectory

tree. A User object

specifies a user's login name and supplies other information used by

eDirectory and NetWare

to control the user’s access to network resources.

Creating a User Object

1 Click the Roles and Tasks button .

2 Click eDirectory Administration > Create Object.

3 Select User from the Available Classes List > click Next.
