IPXS-X-16: Error number was returned while trying to open name; unable to load SAP
restrictions.

Explanation: The specified error was returned while IPXS attempted to open the
configuration file containing the SAP restriction information.
Action: Try the operation again. If the problem persists, contact a Novell support
provider.
IPXS-X-17: Bad record format; unable to complete loading SAP restrictions.
Source: IPXS.NLM
Explanation: IPXS cannot configure SAP due to an incorrect record format.
Possible Cause: The configuration file is corrupted.
Action: Run MONITOR to regenerate the file.
IPXS-X-18: Invalid format in file name; unable to configure RIP and SAP.
