Explanation: NLS is unable to find an NLS_LSP_servername object for the server running
NLSLSP.NLM.
Possible Cause: eDirectory is not functioning properly.
Action: Verify that eDirectory is functioning properly.
Possible Cause: An NLS_LSP_servername object has not been created in the eDirectory tree.
Action: Run SETUPNLS.NLM.
Novell Licensing Services (NLSLSP.NLM): Unable to create/open database file
filename. Error is number. Transaction logging is disabled.
