PSERVER-X-133: Insufficient memory is available to add queue name to printer
number, name. The queue will not be serviced by this printer.
Source: PSERVER.NLM
Possible Cause: The print server might not have enough available memory to initialize.
Action: Increase the memory available at the server. See Freeing Server Memory
