THREADS-X-051: THREADS failed to allocate the NLM Control structure memory. An
internal system error has occurred.
Source: THREADS.NLM
Explanation: A call to Alloc() failed.
Possible Cause: This NLM program cannot be loaded at this time due to memory constraints.
Action: Increase the memory available to the server. See Freeing Server Memory
Temporarily in the Server Operating System Administration Guide.
THREADS-X-052: THREADS failed to allocate the command line memory. An internal
system error has occurred.
