7. Distorted or melted coating due to an external heat source, including but not limited to a
barbecuegrill,fireorreflectionbywindows,doorsorotherobjects;
8.Lightning,hurricanes,tornadoes,windstorms,floods,earthquakes,warorothernaturaldisasters
orActsofGod;
9.Harmfulchemicals(includingpesticidesandcleaningproducts).
10.Fumesorvapors;
11.Damagecausedbyvegetation,insects,animalsandorganisms;
12.Airbornestains,moldormildewaccumulation;
13.Surfacedeteriorationduetoairpollution,sandorsaltraisedbythewindandtheaccumulation
ofchemicals;
14.Sidingthathasbeenpowerwashed;
15.Improperuseorabuse;
16.Vandalism;
17.Negligenceonthepartoftheoriginalownerorasubsequentownertoperformthepreventive
maintenanceoftheproducts.(see"MaintenanceInstructions");
18.Impactofforeignobjects;
19. Products which have been painted or dyed or whose surface has been altered in any way
withoutobtainingthepriorwrittenconsentofNovik;
20.Installationonanon‐verticalwall;
21.Verticalordiagonalinstallationonawall;
22.AnyothercausethatNovikcannotreasonablycontrol.
Otherlimitations
1.This warrantycovers onlygenuine Novik coatings and accessories. You should be sure that the
coatingsandinstalledaccessoriesareNovikproducts.
2.Novikhasnoresponsibilityrelatingtothequalityoflabourofinitialinstallation,nortothechoice
ofyourcontractor.
3. Due to the normal aging caused by weather, the gloss and color of the replacement products
maydifferfromtheproductsoriginallyinstalledonthebuilding;
