Description:
The NTE4071B (14Lead DIP) and NTE4071BT (SOIC14) are quad 2input OR gate devices
constructed with PChannel and NChannel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic
structure. These complementary MOS logic gates find primary use where low power dissipation
and/or high noise immunity is desired.
