SETUP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ESTRO
Read and Understand the entire Nu-Flame Manual prior to use.
Make certain to inspect the package thoroughly. Carefully remove and unwrap your Nu-Flame
fireplace.
Your fireplace will have the following components:
1. Black High Heat Powder Coated Base
2. Wind Screen Glass Panels (2 each)
3. Stainless Steel Cup Burner
4. Snuffer Tool
You may wish to purchase a funnel for pouring fuel into the burner
Place the base on a flat, stable surface. Drop the burner cup in the cutout of the base.
Slide the wind screen panels inside the cutouts of the base. Make certain they are well seated
inside the base and sitting level.
Use only a recommended Ventless Fireplace Fuel like “Nu-Flame Bio-Ethanol Fuel”. Make certain
the sliding dampener on the burner slides easily back and forth and is completely open prior to
filling. Make certain the burner is clean and free of dirt or packing debris. Pour fuel into the burner
using a funnel. The burner should be no more than 2/3 full. DO NOT OVERFILL. Wipe up any
spilled fuel. Use a long match or extended lighter to ignite the fuel.
Use the provided snuffer tool to extinguish the flame.
CAUTION: The flame starts out slowly. Please allow 15 minutes to reach the optimum
temperature and flame height. DO NOT ASSUME THE FUEL DID NOT IGNITE. Follow the refilling
instructions in this manual.
