STEP 3 Click to select the record(s) in the first collection that you want to
copy.
STEP 4 After selecting the record(s), click again and drag the record(s)
into the open window of the other collection.
If the collections do not have the same number or types of
fields (or if the fields have different labels), the Cross-
Collection Mapping dialog box appears.

STEP 5 If the Cross-Collection Mapping dialog box appears, match the
fields in the first collection with the corresponding fields in the
new collection.
To map fields between collections, do any of the following:
• Drag fields in the column for the current collection alongside
the corresponding fields in the new collection, or click the
desired row(s) in each column, then click the >> button.
Mapped fields will appear in the center column of the
Cross-Collection Mapping dialog box.
