For example, if you enter the prefix FamilyPhotos, the HTML file for
the first thumbnails page will be named FamilyPhotos-
Thumb.00001.HTML. The HTML file for the third Full View page
will be named FamilyPhotos-Full.00003.HTML.

Use the Page Options panel of the Create Web Pages dialog box to
choose the type(s) of Web pages you want to create, as well as to
select layout templates to be used for each type of page.
To choose what type of Web pages to create:
STEP 1 Click the Page Options tab on the left side of the Create Web
Pages dialog box.

(If the tab is pulled out past the others and the name is in
boldface type, it is already selected.)
