STEP 5 Follow the instructions in the dialog box to select and order the
fields you want to include in the export file.
Select a collection field and click the >> button, for example,
to map the field to the export file column. You can drag
fields from one column to another, as well as within the
export column.
Click Load if you have previously saved export settings in a
file that you would like to use, or click Save to save your
current export settings to a file for future use.
