OLLECTIONS
AND RECORDS
You can print from any view of an ImageAXS Pro collection or
record, including the Keyword List and Portfolio List.
VIEW PRINTING OPTIONS
In certain views, you can change the amount of material that prints
on a page as follows:
• Thumbnails View
ImageAXS Pro divides the page width by the display size of
the thumbnails to determine how many thumbnail images to
fit across each page.
To change the size of printed thumbnails (and thus fit more or
fewer thumbnails in a row), change the display size of the
thumbnail images (see “Changing Thumbnail Image Size and
Quality” on page 3-9).
• Text List View
ImageAXS Pro prints as many rows of Text List View data as
will fit on the number of pages you have selected. The
number of columns of field data printed is based on how
many columns will fit horizontally on a single page; columns
after the maximum horizontal width of one page are not
printed.
To change which columns print in the Text List View or how
wide they are, reorder or resize the columns (see “Changing
Text List View Options” on page 3-14). You can also print
more columns (but fewer rows) of field data by changing the
orientation of printed pages from portrait to landscape in the
Page Setup dialog box.
N
OTE
To change the order of printed thumbnail images or rows of Text List View
data, sort the collection or portfolio from which you are printing (see “Sorting
Collections and Portfolios” on page 10-5).
