IMAGEAXS PRO MACINTOSH USER’S GUIDE
STEP 2 Select Info Sheet (z-I) from the View menu, or click the Info
Sheet View button in the button panel.
NOTE
You can also open the Info Sheet View by triple-clicking the thumbnail
caption for a selected record in the Thumbnails View, or double-clicking its
row of data in the Text List View.
If you open the Info Sheet View after selecting more than one record,
the results will be displayed in a single Info Sheet View window (see
“Navigating Multiple Records” on page 4-4).
Info Sheet View window
The title bar of the Info Sheet View window shows the name of the
source file, followed by the view (“Info Sheet”) in parentheses.
Below the title bar is a pair of numbers indicating the position of this
record among the group of records you selected (“3/6” means the
third record out of six is being displayed, while “1/1” means you
only selected one record).
The upper right corner of the Info Sheet View window includes the
Balloon Help and ImageAXS Pro Help buttons (see “Viewing
Collections” on page 3-2), along with buttons to save changes to the
current data record or revert to the previously saved version (see
“Saving Changes to a Record” on page 7-2).
