STEP 2 Enter a name for the collection in the New Collection name field.
The name field is highlighted when the dialog box opens.
STEP 3 In the box labeled Format, select a collection format from the

Click Edit Formats to add/delete fields or make other
changes (see “Editing Collection Formats” on page 5-4.
STEP 4 Select a data source from the Database pull-down menu.
Use the ImageAXS internal database (the default choice)
unless you know the exact database type you want.
STEP 5 Click Save.
A Thumbnails View window for the collection appears.
