STEP 5 Click a radio button option to select the conditions under which
the text should be entered into a record.
The options are as follows:
Replace existing contents
The current data in the selected field for each record is
erased, and the text you entered in the Fill Fields window
appears in its place.
Add to the end
The text you entered in the Fill Fields window appears at
the end of the field in each record, whether the field is
currently empty or not (for example, you could use this
option to change “Permission for use granted” to
“Permission for use granted only in the United States” in
several records at the same time).
Insert before
The text you entered in the Fill Fields window appears at
the beginning of the field in each record, whether the field is
currently empty or not (for example, you could use this
option to change “John Smith” to “Reverend John Smith” in
several records at the same time). Remember that you may
need to add a space at the end of the word or phrase you
want to insert.
Fill only if field is empty
The text you entered in the Fill Fields window appears only
