STEP 11 Click Import.
Records in the import file will be added to the collection as
new "blank" records (that is, records without thumbnails),
unless the data in the key field(s) you selected match
existing records. For details on linking blank records with
source files, see “Updating Records” on page 11-5).
Records whose key field data matches the corresponding
import field will be updated to reflect the other fields in the
import file.
