List window.
STEP 3 Type the new keyword in the text entry box.

Trash, or select Clear from the Edit menu.
These options work whether you are attempting to remove
keywords from a record in the Info Sheet View, or from a
collection in the Keywords window.)
DRAGGING KEYWORDS FROM ANOTHER COLLECTION
To copy keywords from another collection:
STEP 1 Open the Keyword List for each collection (the one with the
keywords you want to move, and the one to which you want to
move the keywords).
STEP 2 Click to select the keyword(s) you want to move.
STEP 3 After selecting the keyword(s), click again and drag the
keyword(s) into the Keyword List window of the other collection.
Drag the keyword(s) underneath an existing keyword to
copy them.
If a white dotted line appears beneath the key symbol of
the existing keyword, the moved keyword(s) will be copied
on the same level as the existing keyword. If a white dotted
line appears underneath the keyword itself, the moved
keyword(s) will be copied as one or more levels of child
keywords.
NOTE
When you move records from one collection to another, the keywords
attached to those records are also added to the new collection. You can
also copy and paste keywords from the Keyword List of one collection (or
from a text file in indented or outline format) into the Keyword List of another
collection.
SORTING KEYWORDS
To sort all keywords in the Keyword List for a collection in
alphabetical order, choose Sort Keyword List from the Scripts menu.
All keyword families will be kept intact, but keywords within the
same hierarchical level will be sorted alphabetically.
