Import Keywords dialog box
STEP 6 Click Indented or Delimited to select the keyword format of the
text file you want to import.
STEP 7 If you click the Delimited radio button, type the characters used
to separate keyword paths and the parent/child elements of
each keyword path in the appropriate text entry boxes.
A keyword path consists of a keyword and all of its
associated levels of parent keywords.
In the example shown below the Delimited radio button, a
carriage return (<Return>) is the Keyword delimiter
character, while a colon (<Colon>) is the Parent/Child
delimiter character.

TEP 8 Click Import.
The keywords in the text file appear in the Keyword List for
the collection.

ATA RECORDS
Once keywords appear in the Keyword List for a collection, they can
be added to one or more data records. Use the Info Sheet View to
add keywords to individual data records, and portfolio windows to
add keywords to several data records at a time.
