Toswitch among command lists:
• Intheleftcolumn,selectacommandset—Global,oranapplicationcontext.
• Atthetopof thewindow,clickAll,Built-in,orUserDened.
Itisthecombinationof boththesesettingsthatdetermineswhichcommandsare
displayed.
Toactivate or deactivate a command:
• Clickthecheckboxtotheleftof thecommand’sname.
Adeactivatedcommandstillexists,butitisnotlistedintheAvailableCommands
window,youcannotissuethecommand,andMacSpeechDictatedoesn’thave
toconsiderthatphraseasapossiblecommandwhenyousayit.So,deactivating
unusedcommandscanbeuseful;butyouprobablyshouldwait,beforedoingso,to
seewhichcommandsyoureallydon’tneed.
