CHAPTER 7
Annotating a Page
To communicate well, you need to draw the reader’s attention to
important information. When working with paper, you can highlight
text with highlighter markers, add post-it notes, and circle text with a
pen or pencil. With PaperPort, you can use these methods but in
electronic form.
This chapter shows how to:
■ Select, move, and resize annotations
■ Cut, copy, paste, and crop sections of a page
■ Straighten a page that was scanned at an angle
■ Scroll quickly
■ Write notes on a page
■ Highlight sections of a page
■ Draw lines and arrows
■ Add a picture to a page
■ Display and hide annotations
■ Print items
