1 Fill the Tall Cup or Party Mug
halfway with ice.
2 Add the remaining ingredients.
Twist on the Cross Blade and blend
until smooth. Serve.
½ cup milk of choice
(organic dairy or soy,

frozen blueberries
½ cup ice cubes
½ medium banana
1 serving high quality
protein powder
(chocolate or vanilla)

TIP: Add in some healthy fats to make
this a complete meal. A tbsp of nut
butter, a small handful of your favorite
nuts or seeds, or a quarter of an
avocado are all great options!
