GETTING STARTED
• Remove the unit from the box.
• Remove any packaging from the product.
• Read all instructions and retain all packaging until you have checked and counted all
of the parts.

HOW TO USE
Warm Thermaltherapy
WARNING:
DO NOT OVERHEAT!
• Place the wrap in microwave not rated more than
1100W.
• Heat for up to 1 minute. Make sure the turntable and
wrap are rotating.
• Carefully shift the filling from side to side to check for
even heating and desired temperature.
• If more heating is required use 30 second intervals to
your desired temperature, but not more than 3
minutes total.
Cold Thermaltherapy
• Place the wrap in plastic bag.
• Make sure plastic bag sealed.
• Freeze for 1-2 hours in freezer.
• Once the wrap heated/chilled, it is ready to use.
• Place the wrap over your shoulders and raise the collar around the back of your
neck.
• Sit back and relax as the Neck & Shoulder Wrap soothes.
HOW TO CLEAN
• Spot clean only
• DO NOT place in washing machine or dryer
• DO NOT iron
• DO NOT bleach
• DO NOT wet product
