Sun-dried Tomato
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2 lb roma tomatoes, halved
Pinch of salt and pepper
⅓ C olive oil
2 sprigs rosemary
Directions:
1. Toss your tomatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Sprinkle rosemary over the tops and lay on a Baking Pan.
3. Place Baking Pan onto the Cooking Rack set on the middle position.
4. Set Bravo to "Dehydrate" on 200˚F for 8 hours.
5. Once nished carefully remove from the oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy.
