Directions:
1. Spread goat cheese evenly onto each bread slice and top with mozzarella cheese.
2. Top each slice with tomato, then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt
and pepper.
3. Close each sandwich, place one sandwich directly in the NuWave Brio Basket,
then add the Reversible Rack and place the other sandwich on the rack.
4. Bake at 400˚F for 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
Ingredients:
4 slices sourdough bread
6 ounces Chevre (fresh goat cheese)
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tomato slices
2 tablespoons chopped Italian-style parsley
Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

